Ana Reyes Martinez

Ana Reyes Martinez leads Partner Success at The Marcy Lab School, overseeing the end-to-end placement process and cultivating lasting relationships with a growing number of employer partners. She manages a portfolio of accounts, fulfills new business demand, and expands returning business through comprehensive stakeholder mapping and business need alignment. Additionally, Ana drives internal cross-functional systems that boost career readiness, improve hiring success rates, and increase stakeholder ROI. Her efforts create sustainable talent pipelines and deliver value and efficiency to Marcy’s employer partners.

Ana’s career includes work in instructional and team leadership, curriculum design, and driving academic and performance outcomes through coaching and development. She joined Marcy in 2022 as a Program Manager. She later became Senior Director of Instructor Learning and Development, focusing on expanding equity-driven and data-informed systems and practices that led to stronger academic outcomes.

Ana was born in Mexico and raised in the Rio Grande Valley; her family’s immigrant journey shaped her views on community care and possibility. As a first-generation college graduate who has experienced firsthand the transformative power of education and access in driving socioeconomic mobility, she now works to help others access similar opportunities. Ana lives in Brooklyn with her boyfriend Joshua and their cat, Elly.
