Ashley Lusky

As Senior Director of Finance & HR at The Marcy Lab School, Ashley oversees the organization’s financial health and people operations, ensuring Marcy’s systems, policies, and resources are robust enough to support its ambitious mission. She manages budgeting, reporting, and compliance, while also shaping the structures that make Marcy a great place to work, from compensation and benefits to professional growth and development.

Before joining Marcy, Ashley supported fundraising, business development, and communications efforts for a national education consulting firm, helping school systems across the country strengthen student outcomes. In all of her roles, she’s driven by a belief in education as a powerful force for economic mobility.

Outside of work, Ashley is usually on two wheels, competing in amateur races or exploring remote corners of the U.S. on her motorcycle. She’s happiest discovering new trails, exploring new towns, and finding a good diner along the way.
