Caitlin Davidson

Caitlin is the Director of Operations at The Marcy Lab School, where she ensures systems, resources, and culture work together to drive learning, growth, and community impact. She leads the school-based operations team, overseeing school-wide systems, data, and strategic resource allocation to optimize outcomes for students, staff, and the broader community.

Working closely with her team, Caitlin designs and manages operational processes, cross-functional initiatives, and programs that run efficiently and effectively, bridging operational excellence with people-centered leadership to support organizational growth and impact. She also leads events and initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Prior to joining Marcy, Caitlin held roles in teaching, learning, and operations across the K-12 sector, experiences that continue to inform her approach to operations, strategy, and leadership. As a first-generation student who attended a non-traditional teaching program, she knows firsthand the impact a great teacher can have and is deeply committed to Marcy’s mission of reimagining education for students from underestimated backgrounds.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family, raising her two spunky school-aged daughters, reading great fantasy books, and exploring new restaurants in NYC.
