Dianette Diaz

Dianette serves as the Operations Manager at the Marcy Lab School, where she supports daily campus operations while also partnering closely on human resources and finance initiatives. In her dual-reporting role, she works alongside the Director of Operations and the Senior Director of Finance & HR to help keep everything running smoothly from behind the scenes. Greeting fellows, staff, and visitors at the front desk or working on anything from employee support and compliance to budgeting and campus logistics. She enjoys finding practical solutions to complex challenges and helping create a welcoming environment where fellows and staff can thrive.

Before joining Marcy, Dianette brings a diverse background in hospitality, healthcare, and education. Her experience includes supporting students and families in educational settings, as well as managing operations in service-focused, mission-driven environments. Originally from New York, she has also called South Florida and North Carolina home, experiences that have shaped her appreciation for different communities and perspectives. She is known for her thoughtful approach, strong organizational skills, and commitment to helping others succeed.

Outside of work, Dianette enjoys spending time with her immediate and extended family. As part of a large Dominican family, she cherishes gathering with relatives and staying connected with her many cousins. She loves spending time outdoors, dancing to traditional Dominican music, and enjoying her beloved French bulldog, who keeps life entertaining and full of personality. Dianette is passionate about contributing to organizations that create meaningful opportunities and positive change.
