Emma is our go-to for all things business operations at Marcy. She manages everything from employee benefits and payroll to onboarding and data management, ensuring our HR practices are strong and compliant. Plus, she oversees purchasing, assists with budget management, and handles expense reporting.

Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Emma made Chicago her second home when she moved to the USA in 2009. Her career journey has led her to various roles, including Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Leasing Specialist, Events Planner, and Business Operations Manager, in both the USA and Mexico.

When she’s not busy being a work wizard, Emma is all about work-life balance. She enjoys wellness activities to stay happy and strong. She’s also a Mind Body Fitness Teacher, a yogi, and a DJ. When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her spinning tunes and dancing like nobody’s watching!
