Ifeoma Nwoke

Ifeoma Nwoke is the Senior Director of the Data Analytics Fellowship at The Marcy Lab School, where she leads vision, strategy, and execution for the Data Analytics Fellowship, which launched in April 2025. She oversees curriculum design, instruction, and overall fellowship outcomes, ensuring that every Fellow’s experience is rigorous, creative, and deeply empowering. Through her work, she helps Fellows see data analytics not just as a career pathway, but as a tool for storytelling, driving equity, and creating impact.

With over 17 years of experience in education, Ifeoma ("a Jill of all trades in education") has worked across edtech, community-based education, youth and adult learning, helping to build programs from the ground up and always centering access, imagination, innovation, and radical care. Before joining Marcy, she served as a founding coach and program lead at Multiverse, a venture-backed startup focused on providing professional apprenticeships for learners without four-year degrees.

The daughter of Nigerian immigrant educators and raised in New York City, Ifeoma’s journey has been one of legacy, discovery, and deep commitment to community. Outside of Marcy, she’s pursuing her Ph.D. in Urban Education at the CUNY Graduate Center. When she's not reading about conceptual framework, probably hiking, dancing to Afrobeats, or tackling the New York Times puzzle pack.
