Kehinde Majekodunmi

Kehinde Majekodunmi is the Senior Manager of Recruitment & Admissions at The Marcy Lab School, where she leads outreach strategy, cultivates mission-aligned partnerships, and guides prospective Fellows through an admissions process rooted in clarity, dignity, and belonging. She is deeply relationship-driven, managing and strengthening partnerships across schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to ensure that Marcy remains a trusted pathway for high-potential young adults who have been historically excluded from tech.

Before joining Marcy, Kehinde spent nearly a decade leading full-cycle recruitment across education, workforce development, and nonprofit organizations, building equitable talent pipelines and designing selection practices that honor lived experience. Her background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology informs her commitment to expanding access to transformative career opportunities and redefining what “talent” can look like.

Kehinde describes herself as a true ambivert: part homebody, part city night wanderer. She’s just as happy sinking into a new novel on the couch as she is discovering a cozy restaurant with friends, dancing, laughing, and soaking up good vibes. Family time is grounding for her, and music is constant — R&B soul, hip hop, and Afrobeats are her soundtrack of choice.
