Lauren Wells

Lauren Wells is a Program Manager at Marcy Lab School, where she designs and facilitates learning experiences that empower Fellows to grow personally and professionally. She leads initiatives that strengthen mentor engagement and career readiness to ensure every Fellow feels supported as they navigate their path into tech and beyond.

Before joining Marcy, Lauren spent over a decade in education as a Chemistry and CS teacher with the NYC Public Schools. She has been committed to creating equitable learning environments that blend innovation, rigor, and belonging, helping students and educators alike unlock their potential through technology and purposeful design.

Outside of Marcy, Lauren is a mom, traveler, and lifelong learner who’s passionate about exploring the intersection of creativity and technology. Whether she’s planning her next family adventure or experimenting with new AI tools, she’s always seeking fresh ways to connect people, ideas, and opportunities.
