Jolie Dudley

Program Manager

Jolie Dudley is a Program Manager at The Marcy Lab School. After being born and raised in Waynesboro, Virginia, and spending time in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she’s now called New York home since 2018 and is loving it.

As a Program Manager, Jolie is on a mission to work with Fellows on their journey toward empowerment by understanding their intersectional identities, discovering their purposes, and sharing their unique stories. She is coming to Marcy with a background in both traditional and non-traditional Higher Education spaces, having worked as a Student Advisor at colleges and universities along the east coast, and as a Career Coach at Fullstack Academy.

During the day, Jolie serves as a resource for students working towards a new career path, and at night she throws all of that sound job search advice away and tries to make it as a stand-up comic. She is the Co-Founder of “Must Love Dogs and Comedy” a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that produces comedy shows people can bring their dogs to that raise money for animal rescue and promote diversity in comedy. They have been featured on the PBS docuseries “Shelter Me” and have also been hailed by TimeOut NY as, “The happiest place in NYC!”
